Heard Mr. U.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. 3.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of transfer issued on 10.5.2016 under Annexure-3. Learned Tribunal while issuing on the matter on 17.4.2017, passed an interim order by keeping in abeyance the said order of transfer. It is submitted that the petitioner in the meantime while continuing in the said post has retired from the service. Therefore, the prayer as made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is infructuous.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application before the concerned authority.
