Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's house was damaged by Super Cyclone 'Fani'. His client sought compensation by representation dated 21st May, 2021 and others being annexure-8 series in the writ petition. He submits, there be direction for expeditious disposal of their claim. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representations will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with representations being annenxure-8 series in the writ petition. Petitioner will approach said opposite party with
