Challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Executive Officer, Jharsuguda Municipality dated 10.11.2022 under Annexure-1, under Section 254 of the Odisha Municipality Act, 1950, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition. 4.

Since in the notice, 48 hours has been given for vacation of the premises/place and the said period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
