On instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that the seizure in the present case has been made in connection with OR No.2(a)(d) of 2021-22. In such background, Mr. Jena wants to withdraw this petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the petitioner's grievance. 3.
