This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner does not want to press this application with liberty to approach the trial court by renewing his prayer. He also prays that he may be permitted to take all legal grounds available to him while approaching trial court.

3. In such view of the matter the BLAPL is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
