Heard Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

Though the matter was not in the Today's list, but on being mentioned by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the matter was called for and is taken up by this Court.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) To quash the impugned advertisement dated 19.12.2016 issued by the respondent no.2 under Annexure-4 the same is not in the terms of Odisha Group-B posts (Contractual appointment) Rule,2013. (b) To direct the respondents not to fill up the post of Anganwadi supervisor beyond 30% of the cadre by

// 2 // way of direct recruitment as per Rule-6 of Orissa Children's and Women's Welfare Service Rules, 1989".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 13.07.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.
