CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI
ORDER
23.08.2022 Order No.
01.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the Record.
3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to appoint disengaged D.L.Rs mentioned in Annexure-1 as per government decision made in Annexure-2 and to quash the Advertisement under Annexure-7.
4.
Pursuant to the advertisement under Annexure-7 steps have already been taken since in the meantime more than five years have been passed. Therefore, the question of giving direction to give appointment to disengaged D.L.Rs at this stage cannot sustain. 5.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
