1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that the present Petitioner had earlier filed ABLAPL No.2217 of 2022 through another Advocate, relating to the selfsame P.S. Case Number and G.R. Case Number and the aforesaid ABLAPL has already been disposed of by Hon'ble Justice A.K. Mohapatra on 12.08.2022.

2. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this bail application.
