Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted that save and except release of leave salary, other benefits have been extended in favour of the Petitioner.

That view of the matter, the opposite party No.2 is directed to take a decision with regard to release of leave salary in favour of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
