This matter is taken up through video conferencing. 2.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to regularize his service with effect from the date the petitioner initially entered into the services and to extend all consequential benefits. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar question was before this Court today in WPC (OAC) No. 2357 of 2011, which was disposed of directing the opposite parties to extend the benefits as claimed by the petitioner and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed today in WPC (OAC) No. 2357 of 2011. 4.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given today (14.02.2022) in WPC (OAC) No. 2357 of 2011.
