Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his services from the date of his joining in the Govt. service and grant all consequential benefits as due and admissible to him. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to move a fresh representation before opposite party no.2, so that the same can be considered in accordance with law taking into consideration their uninterrupted service and keeping in view the ratio decided in State of Karnataka v. Umadevi, 2006(4) SCC 1; State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, 2010(II) OLR (SC) 982 and Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the
petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to file fresh representation within a period of fifteen days from today ventilating his grievances before opposite party no.2. In the event the petitioner files such representation annexing this order and the copies of the aforesaid judgments, opposite party no.2 shall consider and pass appropriate order taking into consideration their uninterrupted service and keeping in view the ratio decided in Umadevi, M.L. Keshari & Amarkant Rai (supra) within a period of four months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
