1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present.

2. Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner was not in employment by the time the application was made and was 61 years of age the prayer for absorption seems infructuous. The very fact that a representation has been made to the authority under Annexure-4 dated 26th October, 2015, if the authority so desires may dispose of the same having regard to the facts of the case.
