This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Contempt has become infructuous as the order dated 18th November, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.25787 of 2020 directing the grant of enhanced compensation under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act has since been complied with.

2. In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
