The Petitioner has filed the aforesaid petition seeking for the following reliefs:- "i) To pray the arrear dues in Head Pandit Scale from 12.05.1989 till 3004.1995 after re-fixing this scale of pay of the applicant notionally w.e.f 01.04.1961 in the scale of pay Rs.80-3..110/- and in the subsequent revised scale of pay up to 11.05.1989 as per ORSP Rules 1985 and ii) To pray the pensionary benefits like pension, gratuity and leave salary w.e.f. 01.05.1995 in revised rate till now to the applicant within a stipulated time period and iii) To pass any other orders deemed suitable and proper by this Hon'ble Tribunal to provide complete relief to the Applicant and to meet ends of the Justice Equity and fairness."

Mr. R.N. Acharaya, Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education vehemently objected for grant of relief as prayed for. He urged that the Petitioner has claimed arrear dues from 12th

// 2 // May, 1989 to 30th April, 1995 which is hopelessly barred by limitation as the Petitioner has come up in the year 2013. 3.

On 28th February, 2022 none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also none appeared. Therefore, it is construed that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further. 4.
