Heard Mr. B. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for disposal of the representation under Annexure-9.

On perusal of the representation, it appears that the petitioner prays for inclusion of 06 (six) number of GNM students to fill up forms for the academic year 2017-18. 5.

In view of the above, by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as infructuous. Alok ...........................
