Mr. Niranjan Jena, appearing on behalf of Sri S.K. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter as the matter was filed in 2013. From the available order sheet maintained by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, it is seen that vide order dated 25.06.2013 said Tribunal formulated three points enabling the counsels to obtain instruction.

Mr. Jena, appearing for Mr. S.K. Das, learned advocate states that he does not have up-to-date instructions to prosecute the present petition on behalf of the Petitioner and accordingly he does not want to press this petition. 4.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
