RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 4th February, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up 17.02.2016.

The applicants have filed the original application before the learned Tribunal in the year 2013 inter alia seeking direction to regularize them as a Teacher Educators from the date of their attaining eligibility and considering the services rendered in the post of Teacher Educators in different P.S.T.E. (Asst. Teachers). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after a long lapse of time, he does not have any instruction to pursue the litigation on behalf of the petitioners and accordingly prays that the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the

// 2 // petitioners to revive the same for any surviving cause of action.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
