1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Heard Mr. Ramakanta Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 23rd February, 2021 in connection with Joda P.S. Case No.30/2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.29/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Champua (arising out of G.R.

// 2 // Case No.96/2021 of the court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil) for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 302/323/325/34 of I.P.C.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie to support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioners to renew their prayer after examination of some material witnesses in the case. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
