This is an application for extension of time to surrender vis-avis order dated 8th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3490 of 2022.

By the above order dated 8th December, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in G.R. Case No. 595 of 2020 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 8th December, 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned SDJM, Sambalpur on or before 25th February, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No. G.R. Case No. 595 of 2020

corresponding to Burla P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 3490 of 2022.
