RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 23rd November, 2021 after being transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. On perusal of the available record of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never listed after 31.10.2016. It is submitted by Mr. Mund, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that since the matter pertains to an advertisement dated 15.03.2011, and nothing may survive in the writ petition for adjudication.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to withdraw the writ petition to approach the authority in accordance with law, if any cause of action that may survive.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
