The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to grant leave for the overstayed period from 19.10.2015 to 21.01.2016 and disburse the salary to the Petitioner for the said period.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, more particularly the Counter Affidavit filed by the Opposite Parties 1 and 2, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
