Perused the letters dated 4th August, 2022 (Flag-E) and (Flag-F) of learned District Judge, Sambalpur and learned District Judge, Jharsuguda respectively from which it appears that both learned District Judges have suggested to reconstruct the case record. Hence, learned District Judges are directed to take steps for reconstruction of the case record in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the parties are directed to cooperate with learned District Judge/ concerned Court for reconstruction of the case record.
