1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner files this writ petition to quash the order dated 29.08.2011 passed by the D.I. of Schools, Jajpur wherein she has deviated the guideline issued by the Director, Elementary Education, Orissa, Bhubaneswar on 05.05.2011. Further, she prays to allow her to continue as the In-charge Headmaster of the School at Balunkeswar N.U.P. School, Lankabatisahi in the district of Jajpur.
4. The case has been filed in 2011 and by efflux of time, there seems to be extinguishable of cause of action. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if cause of action survives.
