01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. This is an application seeking compliance of the order dtd.13.12.2012 passed in O.A. No.3722 of 2001. It is submitted that the said order was challenged by the State-Opp. Parties before this Court in W.P.(C) No.22401 of 2013 and this Court vide order dtd.28.06.2022 was pleased to dismiss the same.

4. In view of the said order passed by this Court, O.P. Nos.1 & 2 are directed to comply with the order dtd.13.12.2012 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, otherwise it will be treated as violation of Court's order.

5. Accordingly, CONTC(CPC) is disposed of.
