Mr. N. Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the order dated 07.02.2013 passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No. 2095 (C) of 2001, the state had preferred W.P.(C) No. 26658 of 2013 and the said writ petition has already been dismissed vide order dated 09.03.2022.

In view of the above, the order of the tribunal having been made confirmed by this Court, the opposite parties are directed to comply the same within a period of two months, if the same has not yet been complied with in the meantime.
