This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.12.2022.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the interim application, the condition imposed as per order dated 19.12.2022 relating to furnishing of two local sureties is modified to the extent that that the petitioner shall furnish two solvent sureties. With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 19.12.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
