Mr. S.C. Das, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the opposite parties by filing Vakalatnama. The same be kept on record.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.C. Das, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties. 4.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to disconnect the electricity of the Petitioner in Plot No.294 as he has already sold the said land and refund the security deposit made by him. 5.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner filed a representation before Opposite Party No.1 for disconnection of electricity in Plot No.294 and refund the
// 2 // security deposit made by him, vide Annexure-1 and the Opposite Party No.1 forwarded the said representation to Opposite Party No.3, which is stated to be pending with Opposite Party No.3. Therefore, he has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the said representation within a stipulated period.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to take all effective steps for early disposal of the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1, within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by giving notice to other parties who have anything to say in the said representation and taking note of their response and communicate the decision thereof to the Petitioner within seven days of disposal of such representation.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
