Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. U.K.Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner has retired in the meantime and he is entitled to get some financial benefit from the State-Opposite Parties.

Accordingly, he prays for disposal of the case with liberty to make a fresh application before the competent authority within a period of three weeks.

It is observed that if such an application is filed within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) is disposed of.
