2. Heard Mr. L.P. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N.N. Satpathy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court on 24.06.2022 in W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C) No.4848 of 2021, the impugned order at Annexure-7 is quashed. Opp. Parties are directed to extend the benefit in terms of the order passed by this Court on 24.06.2022.
