This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to make the government resolutions dated 10.01.2008 and 09.11.2009 applicable to the teaching and nonteaching staff of KGBVs and consequentially regularize his service like Sijhya Sahayak working under SSA and extend all consequential service and financial benefits. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
