1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in anticipation of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.302/201/34 IPC.

3. The FIR reveals substantial involvement of the present Petitioner in the alleged murder of Bhawani. Presence of the Petitioner is clearly spell out in the F.I.R.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and even though it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the coaccused person having taken to custody been released on bail in the meantime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
