Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming for arrear salary w.e.f. 07.07.1964 to 04.07.1972 within a stipulated time.

As it appears, claiming the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has approached the tribunal only in the year 2017. Since this is purely a money claim, the benefit cannot be admissible to the petitioner.
