Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

On perusal of the records, it is found that the Petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Since the matter is of the year 2011, this Court disposes of the writ petition for non-prosecution. However liberty is granted to the Petitioner to revive the writ petition by appropriate application, if the cause of action still survives.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
