Petitioner has some grievance involving the letter of demand vide Annexure-3.

Considering that the grievance of the Petitioner requires to be considered by the Orissa State Housing Board, this Court is of the opinion that instead of approaching this Court straightway, the Petitioner should have approached the Administrative Officer, Odisha State Housing Board for considering his grievance. In such view of the matter, this Court permits the Petitioner to raise his objection to the letter of demand dated 28.09.2021 vide Annexure-3 before the competent authority within a period of ten days hence and on submission of such objection, decision as appropriate be taken by the competent authority at least within a period of one month thereafter, but after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected. It is further directed that in the event the letter of demand vide Annexure-3 has not been given effect to as of now,

// 2 // the same shall not be given effect to at least for a period of six weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
