1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in anticipation of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.292/294/354-A/465/469/471/506/509 IPC read with Section 66(c)/66(D)/66(E) of the I.T. Act and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the offence alleged against the present Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL is dismissed.
