Perused the record. The order dated 22.01.2010 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 4351 (C) of 1997 is sought to be implemented in the present writ petition.

Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties contended that the order passed by the tribunal has already been complied with, in view of the order dated 26.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 19935 of 2011.

In view of the above submission, since the order of the tribunal has already been complied with, the writ petition stands disposed of.
