The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Sadar Cuttack in OPLE Appeal No. 16/2021 (Arising out of Encroachment Case No. 4542/2020-21) 4.

As it appears against the order passed by the appellate authority, the petitioner has filed a revision case before the Collector & District Magistrate, Cuttack, which is pending consideration. 5.

However, it is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the revision case, fresh notice for eviction has been issued against the petitioner.

Since the revision case is pending before the authority, let the petitioner bring such fact to the notice of the said authority, if he is so advised, so that the revisional authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
