1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Additional District Judge-cum Special Court Puri has requested for two months time for conclusion of the trial as seven witnesses out of eighteen witnesses have already been examined.

4. In view of the above request, the Special Judge-cum POCSO Puri is granted a period of three months time for completion of the trial.

5. Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
