Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

For the submission of Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner that not only the pleading is ready involving the suit but also there is advance of evidence even. Keeping this in view and finding that the suit is of the year 2012, this Court directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nimapara to conclude the. C.S.No. 4 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. This Court records the submission of the counsel for the defendant no.1 that there shall be no unnecessary adjournment in the finality of the suit proceeding.

The CMP stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
