On perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that the matter has become infructuous with the passage to time.. 5.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the Petitioner is given liberty to revive this application by filing an appropriate petition in the event the cause of action still survives.
