Heard Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) The impugned advertisement dated 19.12.2016 issued by the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission to fill up the post of Supervisors may be quashed / set aside and necessary direction be made to the respondents to fill up the post of Supervisors in accordance with Rule-6 of the Odisha Children and Women Welfare Service Rules, 1989 so that 30% total number of posts of Supervisors shall be filled up by way of promotion from amongst Anganwadi Workers of the district;

// 2 // (b) any other order / orders or direction / directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicants"

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 13.07.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the direction issued in the aforesaid WPC(OAC) No.286 of 2015 and batch.
