1. On perusal of the case record it reveals that process under Sections 82 & 83, Cr.P.C. has since been issued against the Petitioner. In such view of the matter, considering the dictum of the Apex Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
