This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- The respondents may be directed to recognize the qualification o the applicant to be equivalent to B.A, B.Ed and to allow him to draw the current salary in the trained graduate scale of pay month following month.

The respondents may further be directed to allow the applicant to draw trained Graduate Scale of pay from the date of acquisition of training qualification or, from the date of the Government Resolution i.e. 18.2.2008.

The respondents may be directed to clear up the arrear differential pay within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
