This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. R.N.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To quash the order dtd. 11.02.2016 vide Annexure-6 in so far as it relates to appointment of applicant on contractual basis and direct the respondents to appoint the applicant on regular basis.
(ii) To direct the respondents to treat the appointment of applicant on regular basis from the date when others were appointed in pursuant to the recruitment made as per Annexure-1.
(iii) To direct the respondent to grant all financial and consequential benefits from the date when others were appointed in pursuant to the recruitment made as per Annexure-1.
(iv) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice".

A memo is filed in Court today by the learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State indicating therein that the Petitioner has been treated as a regular employee from the date of his appointment vide D.O. No.439/OFS, dtd. 10.10.2017. The Memo be kept on record.

Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the other hand submitted that the Petitioner has also prayed for providing him appointment from the date others were appointed pursuant to Annexure-1. But this Court finds that no such order of appointment is available in the record. 6.
In view of that, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to raise any further grievance, if any cause of action still subsists.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
