1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has challenged the inaction of the opposite parties in considering his case for appointment to the post of Industries Promotion Officer (IPO) although two posts of SEBC (men) category are vacant and the petitioner's name finds place at Sl. No.7th in the selection list.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter. Due to efflux of time, the cause of action no more survives.
