ORDER
14.03.2022 01.
1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. The applicant-petitioner, who was an Assistant Teacher, Patrapali Primary School, Deograh Municipality, Dist. Deogarh, challenges the Office Order No. 1353 dated 16.06.2011, whereby she has been transferred from Municipality area of Deogarh to the block area without following the guidelines of the Directorate of Elementary Education, Orissa, Bhubaneswar vide Office Order No.5064 dated 05.05.2011. Hence, she filed the original application, which has now been transferred to this Court.
