This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

Heard Mr. K.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the State. 4.

On perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition and the relief sought for, it appears that the same must have been redressed by now because in the meantime several times have been passed. 5.

Mr. K.K. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the provisional pension and other relief(s) has already been granted to the Petitioner. As such, the same must have also been paid to the Petitioner in the meantime.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. In the event the relief as sought for by the Petitioner has not been considered by the authorities, it is open for the Petitioner to file a representation before the appropriate authority and the said authority shall be considered the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and if the Petitioner is entitled to get any other

// 2 // relief/service benefits, the same shall be paid to the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
