Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, there is already preparation of Record of Right, Petitioner submits that he has deposited some amount asking of the Tahasildar, Polasara to make necessary correction. For the nature of dispute and relief, for the opinion of this Court the mistake, if any, committed in the preparation of Record of Right, no Writ Petition will be entertainable and Petitioner to find out other forums available for the purpose.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands disposed of but however with liberty to the Petitioner to approach under appropriate law.
