The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the disciplinary proceeding which was initiated against the petitioner since 2013 has not yet been concluded and necessary direction may be issued for early completion of the same. 3.
As it appears the disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner vide memorandum dated 08.07.2013 under Annexure10. 4.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner in the year 2013, if the same has not yet been concluded, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
