This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the petitioner was dismissed from service owing to Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No. 50 dated 29.12.2003 under Section 13 (2) & Section 13 (1) (C) of PC Act, 1988 read with Section 409 IPC, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition, which shall be subject to the result of CRLA No. 287 of 2016.
